Ambassadors back Sandwell Business Awards

AMBASSADORS BACK SANDWELL BUSINESS AWARDS

Sandwell Business Ambassadors are urging the borough’s SMEs to enter this year’s Sandwell Business Awards, which celebrate success, and recognise and highlight the innovative people and businesses in Sandwell.

Now in its fourth year, the awards are organised collectively by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, Sandwell Business Solutions Centre, Sandwell College and Sandwell Council.

There are six categories, including Business Innovation, Start-up Business and Commitment to Apprenticeships; closing date for entries is June 3rd, with the gala awards dinner on July 11th.

Last year’s winners included Howell Patent Glazing, Big Paws, KMB Shipping Group and The Ace Academy.

Alan Taylor, Chair of Sandwell Business Ambassadors, said: “Like the organising bodies, Sandwell Business Ambassadors believe that the passion, determination, tireless energy and skill that goes into running a greater company deserves recognition. We urge any business that has enjoyed success in the last 12 months to look into entering.”
